Mr. & Mrs. B. Hicks, IN
"We liked how honest you were, how you never once promised us the 'golden goose', but rather explained the recruitment process to us and what we needed to do to help the process. As you well know we did sign, and it was without a doubt the best decision we ever made."

Coach S. Heck, OH
"I have been a high school coach for five years now and have seen the recruiting process up close. I have now experienced it as a parent. I firmly believe that if it were not for CPOA's efforts, my son would not have had as many choices and scholarship opportunities."

FACT - Right now, thousands of college coaches are searching for athletes but lack the resources to locate them. Recruiting budgets for non-revenue sports have been eliminated at most colleges. FACT - College coaches may begin recruiting athletes as early as their freshman year in high school. You should be receiving mailings regularly from college coaches (not just the schools). If that is not happening, you are NOT being seriously recruited. FACT - College coaches call prospects as soon as NCAA rules permit them to do so. If coaches are not calling you, you're NOT being seriously recruited. FACT - You cannot expect to be recruited by college coaches unless they know who you are and where you are. |
Are you doing enough for your players? No matter how long you've been coaching, we still have more contacts than you. This is our expertise, our business. While your word and recommendation will go a long way in moving your athletes into the spotlight during the recruiting process, it's our system of marketing that creates exposure and leverage in maximizing their choices. Let your athletes know about us! |
|
We are extremely involved with sports boosters and fundraising organizations, providing assistance to help more and more student athletes each year. For every athlete who joins our program, CPOA will donate a $25 discount to that school's sports booster program. The accumulated discounts can be awarded to athletes in need of financial assistance. |
